Reporting and Analytics

SunMule's reporting is still growing. This page explains what is available now and what is still a preview.

Dashboard (preview)

Administrators, Managers and Leaders have a Dashboard with these sections:

Customers
Members
Services
Sales
Products
Equipment
Employees
Maps

Each section shows summary tiles, trend charts and a comparison with the previous period, and you can choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days.

Sample data

The Dashboard is a preview of upcoming reporting. It currently displays sample data, not your salon's real numbers. Do not use it for business decisions. The employee commission figures are illustrative only, and SunMule does not calculate or pay commissions.

The same applies to the Performance tab on a salon page.

Reviewing real activity

Until the Dashboard uses live data, use these lists:

Customers: Each customer's plan, sessions, payments and activity. See Customer profiles.
Salon > Sessions: Sessions run at a salon. See Session management.
Salon > Payments and customer > Payments: Every payment, with the payment method, refunds and any card disputes. Select a payment to view a receipt or issue a refund. See Payment processing.
Salon > Inventory: Current stock against reorder and par levels. See Inventory management.
Salon > Maintenance: Open issues. See Maintenance tracking.
Audit tabs: Salons, rooms and customers have an audit history of changes.
Time clock: Each employee's clock-in and clock-out entries. See Time clock.

For your payments totals and payouts, your Stripe dashboard is the system of record. See Payment processing.

Exporting data

SunMule does not currently have a built-in data export. If you need your data, contact SunMule support.
