Centralized Management

Administrators manage the whole company from Settings, and see every salon from the Salons page.

Settings

Settings are shared by every salon in the company.

• Vendors, Models and Products: Your catalogs, which can be linked to SunRegistry.
• Salons: Salons, rooms and equipment.
• Plans: Membership plans.
• Coupons: Coupons and gift cards.
• Waivers: Waivers and sign-up.
• Marketing: The lifecycle emails in Customer communications.
• Company: Company details, billing settings and API access.

A change made once applies to every salon. For example, a new plan is available at all of your salons.

Seeing every salon

• Salons: Lists your salons. See Managing your salon.
• Customers: One list for the whole company. See Customer profiles.
• Employees: One list for the whole company. See Employee management.
• Dashboard: A preview of company-wide reporting. It currently shows sample data. See Reporting and analytics.

Switching between salons

Staff who work at several salons choose the salon when they sign in and can switch later. Salon-specific pages, such as rooms and inventory, show the salon you are currently working in.

Audit history

Salons and customers keep an audit history that shows what changed.
