SunMule is a cloud-based management system built for tanning salons. Whether you operate one location or many, it covers equipment control, customers and memberships, point of sale, staff and reporting in a single web application.
What is SunMule?
SunMule replaces legacy tanning salon software with a modern web application that runs in any current browser. There is nothing to install on your computers.
Key features
Customer management - Customer profiles, signed waivers, activity history, staff notes and membership details, shared across all of your locations.
Equipment control - Start, queue and monitor tanning sessions from the browser. The Honey Badger device connects SunMule to your existing T-Max timers over WiFi, with no serial cables.
Point of sale - Sell membership plans, single sessions and retail products. Accept cards (including Stripe Terminal readers), cash, store credit and gift cards, and apply coupons.
Memberships and EFT - Recurring membership billing through Stripe, with optional per-salon revenue allocation for multi-location companies.
Customer portal - Customers check in, book ahead, manage their plan and payment methods, and shop from their phone.
Reporting - Lists of sessions, payments, inventory and audit history, plus a Dashboard preview that is being built out.
Multi-location support - Manage several salons under a single company with shared customers and memberships.
SunRegistry integration - Link your vendors, equipment models and products to the industry catalog at SunRegistry for accurate names, images and specifications.
Tanny - An optional AI tanning assistant that your customers can chat with.
